If you are a tour operator and a retail travel agent, with the requirement that your system should handle all the products you offer, in one integrated system, then Talisman is for you. TALISMAN is structured to handle the day to day operation of a company who is dealing with any travel product, from accessing Viewdata and Galileo for retail travel, entering a new client enquiry to send out a tour operating brochure, all the way through to producing your final accounts.

TALISMAN is also able to integrate your existing Microsoft Office^® products to work with the overall travel system.

However, whether you are a large business or a small one, your own work practices would have evolved over a period of time, and Talisman is unique in its ability to cater for this - it is extremely flexible and can be tailored by you, to suit your own needs, and existing software, or if necessary we can customize the system for you.

From experience with our other users, we have seen that although it is likely that your staff will not use the whole system immediately - in practice you will be able to make Talisman productive from day one.

Your staff will use TALISMAN's multi-user Viewdata access system, Galileo Reservation system, multi-user word processor, client enquiry system and label printing.

If you have the multi-user fax, email or telex system, every user will be able to send out a fax, email or telex from their own work station.

Your staff will use the on-line calendar, calculator, diary and messaging system to their best advantage.

Invoicing and the creation of tailor-made itineraries can begin from Day One, without the need for extensive training or setting up of database information.

Your Accounts staff will start to use the TALISMAN accounts system to record cash receipts; cash payments; petty cash; which will be quicker and more accurate when adding up, posting, and checking, and analyzing your expenses.
