The Groups System works on operational levels i.e. pre-Quotation, Quotation, Customer Acceptance, Confirmation of Services, Invoicing and Accounting.

The system can thus report on the activity levels of the Group - enquiries and bookings received, giving much tighter control and the opportunity to consolidate and reduce operating costs.

The Talisman Quotation System is not just a calculation tool such as a spread sheet. It lends itself to the practical work practices of a Groups Department.

The System does not force the operator to work from a database created on the computer. It allows the operator to search for hotels and other services and activates the Email or Fax System to communicate with suppliers with ease.

The Quotation is built up with the latest information of the file and then is available for faxing or Emailing to the Client or Agent. When the client confirms with changes, the system allows the amendments to be done and converts the file into a booking or option.

The Talisman Admin and Back Office system now produces all the information necessary for Passenger Lists, Invoicing, Reps Lists and then finally, multi-currency accounting.

In this day and age when more and more people are traveling on their own and want to do their own thing, an Inbound Tour Operator must be in a position to handle large volumes of individual bookings.
