Step 1
Enter your 'Agent Code' (TESTAG) in the first field and press the TAB key or click your mouse pointer in the password field.
Enter your 'Password'  (XXXXXX) in the second field.
Click the 'Submit' button or 'Reset' to clear all text.
Hotel Search

The fields at the top of the page are for finding the hotel to book. If you know the EDI code already (the 3 letter code used on all hotels in the Tariff) type this in the box labeled 'Hotel EDI Code' and click on 'Search'. If the code is not known you can search for the hotel by hotel name, address or comments (you can type just part of the name. e.g. AMBAS would find all hotels containing 'AMBAS'.
Always use the TAB key to move around the fields and NOT the ENTER/RETURN key

When the next page is displayed the top section will show you all the hotels found in the previous search. 
From here you can decide to either show the hotel details by clicking on 'Details', Book the hotel by clicking on 'Book' or make an allocation enquiry by clicking on 'Enquiry'.
Details Page
The hotel information will be shown with details of the selected hotel including pictures, address, comments and room types available to book. 
See below for information when clicking on the 'Book' or 'Enquiry' buttons at the bottom of the page.
Allocation Enquiry Page
This page will show an enquiry form which you fill in with the booking details (this maybe partially filled in if using the previous step)

Once you have filled in the relevant information for the enquiry (up to 5 can be sent at once) click on the 'Submit' button.
The following page will show the results of the enquiry. If the hotel is available the 'Message' field will show 'Avl' (Available). If not the 'Message' field will show 'No Avl' (Not Available).
Note: These results are 'Live' enquiries and show datam's allocation real time at the time of booking. The quicker a booking is made on an available hotel the more chance of a successful booking going through.
You may now click on the 'Hotel Code' text in the upper part of the page to go directly to the booking page. Note: This option is only available on hotels which have come back with the 'Avail' status.

This page will show the booking form which you fill in (some fields may already be filled in depending on how you arrived at this page) :-

Click on the 'Passenger Name' on the chosen booking to bring up the booking details in full.
In this booking form you can amend any details and then 'Re-Submit' the booking to datam
To 'Re-Submit' the booking just click on 'Submit'.
Book - Page Two
This method of booking a hotel is recommended if you do not need to know if the hotel is available and just want to make a booking as quick as possible. If you require the hotel to be available then (Step 8) is suggested as the way to book.
The following fields will be displayed for making a booking:

Once you have filled in the relevant details you must then click 'Submit'.
'Reset' will clear the fields if a mistake has been made.
Note:  If you require a MUST hotel, please use '===' (three equal signs) as the Hotel Code. Once the booking form is displayed use the COMMENTS field to request the hotel required. We will confirm the hotel requested or contact you usually the same day.
Book - Page Two
If you have chosen to amend the hotel or arrival date of the booking then the following page is displayed. From here you can re-enter the arrival date or hotel code of your choice.
