Talisman Mail and Fax System

The Talisman Email and Fax systems are optional extras in the software package. However when the two modules are attached the whole system is enhanced to give tremendous advantage to the user. Here are some Scenarios.

You do a booking on your CRS and when you finish the Talisman files are updated and you can pick up this booking add various ingredients such as hotels, car hire, insurance etc and chose the option to fax or email the Invoice/Itinerary/vouchers to your client. You can at the same time fax or email your suppliers with the vouchers or confirmations or even an enquiry for the requested service. Here's the difference .... whether it is fax or email Talisman will print the documents on your printer and the main server will take care of the transmission and when the transmission is done the clients file will be marked automatically that the fax or email was sent. The system is totally multi user and all workstations can use this facility either as a standalone facility or as part of the file that is being handled.
